As the VP of Lending, you will lead a dedicated team of loan officers and collections professionals, ensuring they have the coaching, clarity, and support needed to excel. Member Service Representative - Kemba Louisville Credit Union

As one of the front-line staff members, a professional attitude and detail to member service are paramount. You are one of the “faces” of the credit union, and make a first, and probably lasting impression, on the member. This position’s duties include, but are not restricted to, the following:

  • All teller duties: cash handling, checks, transfers, loan payments, accumulating loan documentation, putting loans on the system, pulling credit reports, opening savings accounts.
  • Answer member phone calls.
  • Checking emails and responding accordingly.
  • Loan processing
  • Docusign loan documents.
  • Provide needed assistance to members with loan questions/needs.
  • Reset online passwords for home banking.
  • Assist and reset pin numbers for debit card access.
  • Provide backup for the checking department, if needed.
  • Process monthly and quarterly statements.
  • Process any adverse action notices.
  • Filing: handling Paid and refinanced notes.
  • Mail lien releases to County Clerk, when necessary.
  • Verify addresses on returned statements.
  • Sort US mail –
  • Manage the night deposit drop.
  • Cross-training, when appropriate.
  • Assist with any other duties, as assigned, by senior management.

Commercial Loan Specialist -  Commonwealth Credit Union

Description:

The Commercial Loan Specialist provides administrative and technical support to our Commercial Services team. This position requires strong administrative and written/verbal communication skills, and attention to detail. Proficiency in multiple software programs, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and other industry-specific software programs (Symitar, LaserPro, Synergy, Servicing Director, SmartSheet) is also required. 

The Commercial Loan Specialist responds to member inquiries on commercial lending and refers such inquiries to appropriate parties when needed. They participate in the loan origination process by ordering and reviewing third-party work, such as flood determination, collateral appraisals, etc. They are involved in portfolio management by tracking loans for the annual review process and maintaining appropriate records.
