How do I know if my credit union qualifies?

If you’re a full member of Kentucky’s Credit Unions in good standing, you’re automatically eligible.

Which partners are included

Only business done with our participating service partners counts. You can view the full partner list and their tier levels above.

What is a “tier,” and why does it matter?

Partners are grouped into Platinum, Gold, Silver, or Bronze tiers. The higher the tier, the larger the potential rebate for your credit union.

How is my rebate calculated?

Rebates are based on the amount your credit union spends with participating partners each calendar year, combined with the partner’s tier level.

When will we receive funds

Statements are sent quarterly to keep you updated. Rebate checks are mailed once a year, in March.

Do existing contracts qualify?

No. Only invoices paid in the same calendar year after the partner has joined Relationship Rewards are eligible.

What if we start using a partner mid-year?

Any eligible invoices paid from the time you start working with the partner through December 31 will count toward that year’s rebate.
